i've gone to look for america.
It took me four days to hitchhike from Saginaw.
a pop of color on this rainy, raw friday. off to a lunch meeting on the coast of maine!
Business lunch, bathroom photo. While we were at the table talking business & politics with a client, E. Gouldings “Starry Eyed” came on over the radio & as much as I wanted to belt it out, I took the professional route instead & just tapped my feet under the table.
yep, just finished working. 12hrs.
& there’s more to cram in the a.m. before our meeting. at least we got a yummy lunch from our clients today, with the above bread. but oh man, i am beat.
“I’ve been imagining magical worlds” The introductory meeting went well! Now we meet with them again Thursday. They said they’re more laid back than the east coast so we should dress comfortable, as in they were all in jeans, sneakers, sweatshirts and we came in shirts/ties, cos we always want to make the best first impression. Well I only brought cute business clothes & I would never wear jeans or sneakers to a job, so I will take their advice with a grain of salt! They were all wicked nice though, well all of our clients are (except one grumpy group)!
